Free standard shipping on eligible Sunneday products over $70. No code needed.

That offer applies to Sunneday items we fulfill. Drop-shipped collection items ship separately and are not included in the $70 threshold.

[Orders placed before 12:00 p.m. CT on business days usually leave within 1–2 business days.]

You will get a tracking email when the order ships.

Returns

[You have 30 days from delivery to request a return on unused items in original packaging.]

To start a return, email info@sunneday.com with your order number and photos of the product.

Defective items are handled through warranty. Include the order number, photos of the issue, and photos of the product.

[Return shipping on unused items is the customer’s responsibility unless we shipped the wrong item.]

Retail purchases

If you bought the product at Menards, Home Depot, Costco, or another retailer, contact that store for returns. Use our Warranty Registration page for defect support.
